Our goal is to provide our customers with a quality program that is designed to meet their exact needs and is cost effective. To accomplish our goals, we hire quality team members, properly train them, and continuously communicate with them through our Total Quality Management process. 

Normal hours are 3:30pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday. OT as needed.

Summary: As our Human Resource Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our workplace running smoothly. From conducting internal investigations and championing company policies to supporting employees and handling important administrative functions, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, performance management issues, or other concerns.
  • Conducts and/or assists with disciplinary meetings, terminations, drug screenings, etc.
  • Assists with employee recordkeeping/management.
  • Assists with preparation and administration of plans, policies, documents, and reports.
  • Manages attendance tracking processes.
  • Assist in the effective training of employees.
  • Partners with production leadership to conduct internal interviews for any open positions.
  • Supports HR Manager in implementing programs to improve employee relations, retention, and morale.
  • Conducts stay surveys, exit interviews, etc.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of employee data.
  • Develop and facilitate positive employee relations.
  • Liaising between employees and management.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College education a plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

• Must be able to work in both an office environment and a manufacturing plant environment.
