Position Title: Flex Cleaner

Job Summary:We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Flex Cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services at various commercial, and office locations. This flexible position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and able to work different shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Travel to different job sites as scheduled.
• Must have a reliable transportation and Drivers License

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available based on availability and business needs.
