KingsClean is seeking dependable and hardworking Substitute Custodial Staff (Floaters) to join our team at Pampa ISD. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details

• Location: Pampa ISD – Pampa, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Shift times assigned based on district needs)
• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Substitute / Floater

Job Summary

Perform general custodial duties to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary school facilities. Substitute Custodial Staff provide coverage for employee absences, emergency call-ins, vacations, and other staffing needs throughout the district. Work schedules and campus assignments may vary based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Replenish restroom and custodial supplies
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly
• Report maintenance and safety concerns

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
