Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Janitorial Area Manager to lead multiple cleaning sites and support our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple janitorial accounts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise janitorial staff.
- Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Previous experience managing janitorial or facility services.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
