KingsClean is seeking dependable and hardworking Floor Care Technicians to join our team at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. We are looking for individuals who can perform basic floor-care services and help maintain clean, safe, and attractive university facilities.

Position Details

• Location: Angelo State University (ASU) – San Angelo, TX
• Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Hours: Hours vary depending on project and campus needs
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Perform routine floor-care services throughout the university, including stripping and waxing floors, carpet extraction, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing.

Responsibilities

• Strip and wax hard-surface floors
• Buff and burnish floors
• Perform carpet extraction and deep cleaning
• Scrub and maintain VCT, tile, and other flooring surfaces
• Operate commercial floor-care equipment safely
• Move furniture and prepare areas for floor-care projects
• Clean and properly store equipment after each use
• Follow project schedules and supervisor instructions
• Report equipment, maintenance, and safety concerns

Requirements

• Floor-care experience is preferred
• Training may be provided to qualified candidates
• Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday
• Must have a flexible schedule because working hours may vary
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
