Windsor Building Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Night Area Manager to oversee janitorial operations at multiple medical clinics throughout the Bryan–College Station area.

This is a leadership position with responsibility for team management, quality control, staffing, client communication, and nightly operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop employees
• Oversee nightly cleaning at multiple clinic locations
• Conduct inspections and maintain high cleaning standards
• Address employee call-offs and staffing/coverage needs
• Maintain supplies, chemicals, equipment, and inventory
• Monitor attendance and complete required reports
• Resolve service and operational issues
• Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and management
• Hold employees accountable for quality, attendance, safety, and professionalism
• Assist with cleaning when needed to maintain service quality

Requirements

• Janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, facility services, or related experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between multiple locations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
• Availability for evening/overnight hours

Preferred:

• Supervisory or management experience
• Multi-site or multi-account management experience
• Healthcare/medical cleaning experience
• Knowledge of floor care, sanitation, chemical safety, and cleaning equipment
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees

Schedule

Full-time night management position

Evening and overnight availability required.

Typical Schedule: 4:30pm-12:30pm. / may vary

Physical Requirements

This is an active management position requiring:

• Travel between facilities
• Walking and standing
• Bending and reaching
• Climbing stairs
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to assist with cleaning when necessary
