Saber Building Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodians to support evening cleaning operations at a busy healthcare and urgent care facility in the Canton area near the Ford Road and Canton Center corridor. These positions is a great fit for someone who takes pride in keeping an active medical environment clean, safe, and welcoming.

The Custodians will perform all aspects of routine custodial work throughout the facility, including restrooms, kitchen areas, offices, common spaces, and floor care. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and comfortable working around patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Clean and maintain kitchen and breakroom areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors inclyding staris and stairwells
• Clean offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Respond to spills and routine cleaning needs
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Report facility, supply, or equipment concerns to management

Requirements

• Comfortable working in an active healthcare, urgent care, or medical office environment
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow facility safety, security, and cleaning requirements

Pay: $16 per hour
