Superintendent/Handyman in Brooklyn, NY Live-Out

Starting Rate: $25.00 plus benefits

Under the supervision of the project supervisor, the handyman/superintendent must know how to collect the garbage and operate the garbage compactor, help with repairs, operate buffing machines (waxing and polishing) and other basic duties.

Requirements:

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform a physical job. Have a "can do, whatever it takes" attitude with strong follow-up skills.
