KingsClean is seeking a dependable and motivated Working Custodial Supervisor to join our team at Teague ISD. This position requires supervising the custodial team while also performing daily cleaning duties alongside employees.
Position Details
- Location: Teague ISD – Teague, TX
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
- Available Shifts: Morning and evening shifts
- Benefits: Not available for this position
- Start Date: Upon successful completion of our screening process
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise custodial employees and assign daily cleaning duties
- Work alongside the custodial team to complete cleaning assignments
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Remove trash and clean and sanitize restrooms
- Train and assist new employees
- Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
- Communicate staffing, supply, and maintenance concerns to management
- Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements
Job Requirements
- Previous custodial or supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout most of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must present a valid ID for fingerprint screening
- KingsClean will cover the cost of fingerprinting
