Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the management of an account and the technicians assigned to that account. Specific responsibilities include work-scheduling, enforcing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/problem solving, training of employees and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages employees work schedules within budget.
- Establishes rapport with clients and employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicates conflicts with employees and clients to HR. Mediates when able.
- Provides job function training to employees.
- Directs employees to follow company policies, i.e. uniforms and PPE.
- Provides training to employees regarding use of equipment, products and adherence to all safety and security procedures.
- Manages site product inventory and equipment maintenance within budget.
- Ensures janitorial closets are kept clean and organized.
- Makes minor equipment repairs when needed.
- Advises management of employee or client issues.
- Identifies problems and resolves issues in a timely manner by listening, gathering facts, and establishing solutions.
- Communicates changes and expectations effectively to employees.
- Delegates work assignments and sets expectations.
- Ensures employees follow site guidelines including entry procedures and restroom logbook completion.
- Inspires and motivates employees.
- Promotes a harassment-free environment.
- Works with integrity and ethically.
- Identify strength and weaknesses amongst all staff. Work with HR to determine best fits and eligibilities for promotions.
- Identify areas for improvement at sites including cleaning standards, scope, equipment needs, time and scheduling adjustments, etc.
