KingsClean is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Dallam Hospital in Dalhart, Texas.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, and able to assist with general maintenance needs throughout the facility.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Dallam Hospital – Dalhart, TXPosition: Maintenance Team MemberEmployment Type: Full-TimePay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Applicants must have open availability and be available to work different shifts as needed.Start Date: Upon successful completion of our screening process

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance issues
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and other minor building components
• Inspect facility areas and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs to doors, locks, hardware, and equipment
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance work areas
• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the facility
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all KingsClean and facility safety procedures
• Assist with other maintenance duties as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience is preferred
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Must have open availability and be able to work different shifts as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Must present a valid ID for fingerprint screening
• KingsClean will cover the cost of fingerprinting
