Our operations leaders are working managers who lead from the floor—supporting employees, supervising day-to-day cleaning operations, solving problems, and stepping in alongside their teams when needed. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support custodial employees while providing clear day-to-day direction and addressing performance or attendance concerns
• Oversee cleaning quality, conduct facility inspections, and respond professionally to client or building service needs
• Work alongside the custodial team and take an active role in cleaning operations when needed
• Support overall building operations, including staffing coverage, employee training, supplies, equipment, and multi-site needs as assigned

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, travel between assigned locations as needed, and remain actively involved in custodial operations
