Janitorial Operations Support Specialist

Mark’s Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable Janitorial Operations Support Specialist to help keep our commercial cleaning operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position that combines cleaning responsibilities with field support. You will work at customer locations, assist cleaning teams, help address service needs, and support our Area Managers in maintaining quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide cleaning and operational support at customer locations
• Assist with coverage when staffing needs arise
• Help ensure customer locations meet Mark’s Cleaning Service standards
• Perform janitorial and custodial duties as needed
• Assist with training and supporting cleaning employees
• Help identify and address cleaning or service issues
• Communicate concerns and updates to management
• Assist with special projects and additional cleaning needs
• Maintain a professional presence at customer locations
• Follow company safety, cleaning, and customer-service procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at different customer locations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work evening hours and weekends when needed
