Schedule: [M-F Some Weekends | 5pm – 1am]

About Mark’s Cleaning Service

Mark’s Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable Janitorial Operations Support team member to help keep our customer accounts properly staffed and maintained.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to work in the same building every day. You will work with different cleaning teams and at different customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at customer locations when additional help is needed
• Cover open shifts and assist with staffing shortages
• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
• Assist cleaning teams with special projects and additional cleaning needs
• Follow customer-specific cleaning procedures and company standards
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to management
• Represent Mark’s Cleaning Service professionally at customer locations

What We're Looking For

• Ability to adapt to different buildings and cleaning assignments
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evening hours and weekends when needed
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Effective time management
