Mark’s Cleaning is seeking a full-time custodial associate to support evening operations across multiple client locations. We provide full training, all supplies, and opportunities for advancement. MCS focuses on consistency, service quality, and team development.

Position Summary

This role combines standard cleaning duties with operational support tasks such as training assistance, inspections, and supply coordination. It is ideal for someone looking to grow within the company.

Work Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday evenings (5pm – 1am)
• Occasional weekend work as needed
• $17/hour
• Full-Time

Core Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning tasks across assigned facilities
• Maintain sanitation standards in restrooms and common areas
• Perform floor care and general upkeep
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees
• Conduct occasional building checks for quality assurance
• Support supply management and deliveries

Work Conditions

This position supports multiple customer locations and may involve working independently or alongside a team. Travel between job sites is required.
