Working Custodial Supervisor – Clarendon, TX

Lead a Team with KingsClean!

KingsClean is hiring a Working Custodial Supervisor who takes pride in a clean facility and knows how to keep a team on track. This is a hands-on role that combines daily cleaning, team leadership, and reporting.

Full-Time | $18.00 per hour

Second Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cleaning assignments, train staff, and check completed work
• Help clean floors, restrooms, and common areas, including dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal
• Provide coverage when employees are absent or staffing is short
• Prepare and submit reports using a computer
• Keep supplies organized and communicate staffing or maintenance needs
• Make sure the team follows company procedures and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• A dependable leader; custodial or supervisory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and availability to cover as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Successful background check and valid ID for fingerprint screening; fingerprinting is paid for by KingsClean
