Join Our Team as a Bilingual Custodial Training Specialist!

We’re looking for a dependable, responsible, and positive team member who enjoys training, supporting, and helping others succeed— Especialmente a nuestros miembros del equipo que hablan español!

Custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We’re more interested in someone who is willing to learn, takes initiative, communicates well, and knows how to build and support a strong team.

Clean and maintain assigned areas, including classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common spaces; restock supplies, maintain equipment, and assist with special cleaning needs as needed.

Where: Holland, MI

Employment Type: 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Compensation: $20.00-$21.00/hr plus mileage!

$1,000 Hiring Bonus

- $250 after 30 days

- $250 after 60, 90 and 120 days!

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is fluent in English and Spanish
• Enjoys training, coaching, and helping others
• Is dependable, responsible, and a team player
• Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Is willing to travel between locations as needed
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Custodial experience is a plus!
