Concrete Epoxy Flooring Technician (Full-Time)

Starting Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 5–6 days per week | Full-Time Hours
About the Position:
We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our commercial concrete flooring team. This full-time role involves installing, preparing, and finishing epoxy flooring systems at commercial job sites. No two days are the same, and you'll work with a team that takes pride in delivering top-quality floors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation (grinding, shot blasting, etc.)
- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings
- Crack repair and patching
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Following all safety protocols and job site procedures
- Working indoors and outdoors as needed
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and able to work 5–6 days per week
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable using power tools and floor preparation equipment (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous experience with concrete or epoxy floors is a plus but not required
