We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Division Manager to join our team. As the Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our operations. This role involves responsibilities ranging from overseeing payroll processes to maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

- Review and approve daily payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Actively participate in bi-weekly manager meetings to collaborate on strategy and best practices.

- Respond promptly to phone calls from both customers and employees, efficiently solving issues as they arise.

- Contribute to the interview process for new hires and maintain accountability for subordinates.

- Engage in regular cleaning duties, embodying servant leadership and our core values.

- Conduct customer check-ins to ensure service standards align with expectations.

- Play a vital role in training, growth, development, and retention of all employees.

- Review and confirm work completed by employees, ensuring it meets customer standards.

- Maintain inventory and ensure necessary supplies are on-site in designated areas.

- Communicate all issues and important updates to office/executive staff.

- Adhere to company policies throughout the employee life cycle.

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with Lead Cleaners and Supervisors.

- Knowledge of payroll processes and cash management.

- Attention to detail, particularly in cleaning and disinfecting processes.
