Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Minimum of 5 years property management/janitorial experience in a leadership role in janitorial services, property management, or hospitality/housekeeping services company
- Computer literate. Average typing skills.
- Basic understanding of basic math.
- Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and mobility devices.
- Able to work well with all levels of employees and managers.
- Ability to perform jobs with minimal supervision.
- Valid CA drivers
- Regular and timely attendance
- Flexibility to respond to customer needs during non-business hours
- Schedules may vary; Split Shifts and weekend work
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity and environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred, but not required.
