Primary Responsibilities:
- Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
- Supervise and manage a janitorial staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recruiting and hiring staff and employee retention
- Coordinates all Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Custodial Staff
- Ability to train and communicate effectively in English and Spanish is plus
- Provide coverage for special events, and occassionally on weekends
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
- 5 years of Supervisory experience required
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
