Sweep, mop, and prepare floors for waxing.
Strip old wax and finish from floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Apply new wax or floor finish evenly and safely.
Operate floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, and other floor-care machines.
Inspect floors regularly for scuffs, dirt, or areas needing rework.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report mechanical issues.
Follow safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
Assist with general janitorial duties as needed (trash removal, restroom cleaning, etc.
