Job Title: Full-Time Janitorial Floater – 2nd Shift
Primary Location: Decatur, IL (with travel to surrounding areas required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
ESS Clean is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Floater to join our 2nd shift team. This is a Decatur-based position, with nightly travel to nearby client locations as part of the role. Service areas may include communities from Springfield to Arthur, IL, and other surrounding areas.
As a floater, your work location will vary from shift to shift. You’ll cover open positions, assist with new accounts, and provide support when regular staff are off. Client sites include offices, banks, medical facilities, and light industrial buildings—no two nights are exactly the same.
