We are looking for a hard-working Cleaning Technician to join our commercial team. In this role, your main tasks would involve floor care, specialized deep-cleaning of commercial buildings, and routine coverage of scheduled office cleaning.  

30-40 hours weekly: Monday-Saturday on a varying schedule after 5pm 

Pay: $18.50 hourly 

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check. 

Job Duties Include: 

1. Assists District Manger in Special Projects
2. 1. Fogging Disinfection Service
   2. Window Cleaning
   3. Carpet Cleaning
   4. Stripping & Waxing
   5. Construction Cleanups
2. Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
3. 1. Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
   2. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
   3. Empties trash, and replaces liners.
3. Assists District Manager in covering call offs.
4. Assists Office Manager with laundry.
5. Performs additional duties as needed.
