Colorado Commercial Services, a Denver based medical cleaning company is seeking ambitious, self-motivated “A” players to fill essential positions in our organization. They are responsible for daily cleaning operations and protecting patients and staff by preventing the spread of infectious disease.

The Client Experience Manager is essential to the success of this fast-growing company, and the right candidate will play an integral role in developing and maintaining the overall client experience. This includes managing client relationships and satisfaction as well as directing internal operations to exceed client expectations. 

The Client Experience Manager position requires a highly organized individual with attention to detail who can handle multiple demands at once. They are responsible for delivering an Exceptional Experience for Everyone (E3) by providing an extraordinary client experience through superior internal and external communication. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at assigned accounts.
  • Ensure all steps are completed during new customer onboarding and contract renewal processes.
  • Perform routine building inspections at assigned accounts, identifying any deficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services that can be provided/sold to client.
  • Adhere to and enforce quality assurance standards.
  • Respond to and address all client requests/issues and internal action items.
  • Perform follow up inspections as needed.
  • Ensure contract compliance at assigned accounts.
  • Review daily time keeping records to ensure budget compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of time keeping records and job closures for payroll.
  • Direct daily assignments for Area Managers and inform them of client requests/deficiencies to be addressed.
  • Notify clients of upcoming scheduled service work.
  • Attend client meetings as requested.
  • Attend weekly Operations L10 meeting.
  • Collaborate with Operations department to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet KPIs assigned by Director of Operations/President.
  • Demonstrate and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements 

  • Must have client relationship management experience in a similar position.
  • Must be a self-starter with proven leadership ability.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have advanced computer skills.
  • Must have advanced organizational skills and be able to multi- task.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.

Salary compensation range $90,000 - $120,000 including bonus, depending on experience and location
