We’re a leading facility services company seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple client sites in Northwest Arkansas. This full-time, salaried leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong client relationships, and leads with confidence and adaptability.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and respond to evolving needs with urgency and care
- Supervise and support a janitorial team of approximately 17 employees
- Oversee daily timekeeping and conduct routine safety meetings to ensure compliance and team accountability
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new custodial staff as needed
- Coordinate and manage floor care, special projects, and event-related cleaning services
- Ensure all services are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations
- Stay open to learning new skills and approaches — no task is beneath you, and no challenge too messy
? Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (janitorial or facilities management preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable with hands-on work and not easily embarrassed or squeamish
