For this position you must be able pass a background check, motor vehicle and drug test. The accounts are in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Job Objective:
Under general direction, coordinates and supervises all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning to ensure cleanliness; supervises supervisors and head custodians, admin assistant and custodians; determines appropriate staffing levels required for work projects; meets with occupants to monitor/ensure standards of cleanliness; may coordinate setup for events on all campuses

Experience:
3 years of progressively responsible custodial work experience, preferably in a hotel, hospital or residence hall facility,5 years of supervisory experience.
