Colorado Commercial Services, a Denver based medical cleaning company is seeking ambitious, self-motivated “A” players to fill essential positions in our organization. They are responsible for daily cleaning operations and protecting patients and staff by preventing the spread of infectious disease.

Position Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, inventory control, equipment maintenance, fleet management, and field-based installations and troubleshooting. This role is primarily structured and warehouse-based (approximately 80%) with periodic fieldwork (approximately 20%), requiring schedule flexibility to support installations, urgent building needs, and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory usage, counts, and ordering to support operational needs and communicate all pertinent information to the Accounting Department.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming warehouse shipments and orders.
  • Manage Resale Inventory Sheets, including processing and ordering supplies through Staples.
  • Manage Client Supply Recommendations, including processing sheets and emailing clients.
  • Ensure overall warehouse upkeep, cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Linen & Supply Fulfillment

  • Oversee CCS linen fulfillment and retention, ensuring accurate distribution and stock levels.
  • Support ongoing supply readiness for both existing and new customer locations in collaboration with the Operations Team.

New Building & Installation Support

  • Coordinate new building start-up preparation, including delivery, installation, and supply readiness.
  • Order and coordinate installation of shelving and storage solutions.
  • Perform resale dispenser installations and J-Fill dispenser installation and troubleshooting in the field.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

  • Perform or coordinate basic equipment repair and troubleshooting, including:
    • ProTeam, Windsor, and Nilfisk equipment
    • Washers and dryers
  • Address minor facility repairs in the field, including fixing locks and related hardware.
  • Make keys as required.

Fleet Management

  • Maintain ownership and oversight of company fleet vehicles, including:
    • Maintenance and service scheduling
    • Registration, tags, and compliance documentation
    • Safety logs and inspection records
  • Manage gas cards, Express Toll accounts, Monster Ink, and vehicle washing schedules.

Field & Urgent Support

  • Respond to urgent building requests, prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
  • Travel to field locations as needed to support installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Professional & Administrative Expectations

  • Demonstrate and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Accurately document work performed and maintain organized logs and records.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • 80% structured, warehouse-based work and 20% field-based work.
  • Schedule may flex based on installation timelines, urgent requests, and operational needs.
  • Occasional lifting, bending, and use of tools and equipment required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations, facilities maintenance, or field service support.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, fleet oversight, and equipment repair.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize urgent requests, and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.

Wage Range: 60000-67000
