We are seeking dependable and motivated Team Leaders to support daily janitorial operations at assigned customer locations. This position serves as a frontline leadership role between Custodial staff and Operations Supervisors, helping reinforce operational standards, support employee coordination, and maintain consistent service quality.

This is a hands-on working leadership position. Team Leaders perform cleaning duties alongside frontline employees while assisting with daily communication, task coordination, quality monitoring, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily cleaning and facilities service execution
  • Reinforce supervisor instructions and operational expectations
  • Assist with coordinating frontline employee activities during shifts
  • Monitor quality standards and report operational concerns
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Reinforce attendance, safety, and company policy expectations
  • Assist with maintaining organized supplies and work areas
  • Communicate operational issues to Operations Supervisor as needed
  • Perform janitorial and facilities support duties alongside the team
  • Maintain professional customer service and communication standards

Requirements:

  • Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities service experience preferred
  • Prior team lead or supervisory support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team coordination
  • Ability to reinforce company standards and procedures
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and actively work throughout assigned shifts
  • Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
