Position Summary

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily janitorial service operations at an assigned client site or across multiple client locations within a defined geographic market. This role ensures consistent service delivery, proper staffing, and compliance with company and client expectations.

Supervisors may be assigned to a single location or a group of locations within a market and must be able to manage priorities, teams, and service quality across varying environments.

Scope of Responsibility

  • May oversee a single site or multiple locations within a defined market
  • Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and service quality across assigned site(s)
  • Travel between locations may be required based on assignment
  • Schedule may vary based on operational needs, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned site(s)
  • Ensure cleaning and service standards are consistently met
  • Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks
  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements
  • Communicate updates and issues to Operations leadership

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage employees in a service environment

Preferred:

  • Janitorial or facilities maintenance experience
  • Experience managing multiple locations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
