JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· College degree preferred
· Progressive management experience in the custodial contracting industry
· Strong organizational skills
· Good computer literacy
· Basic mechanical knowledge
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
