We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician/Waxer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in commercial or residential spaces by performing a variety of tasks, including waxing, buffing, and general floor care. This position requires attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors in assigned areas, ensuring a polished and well-maintained appearance.
Apply floor finishes, including wax and other protective coatings, as required.
Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers, and scrubbers safely and efficiently.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
Inspect floors regularly for damage or wear and report any maintenance needs.
Maintain inventory of cleaning and waxing supplies and request replenishments when necessary.
Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning techniques to ensure a safe work environment.
Communicate with supervisors and other staff to address any floor maintenance issues or special requests.
