The Operations Supervisor is responsible for daily staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance, reporting absences, OJT training of staff, performance reviews and disciplinary actions, providing manager with recommendations regarding personnel promotions, transfers, and dismissal.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Education & Work Experience:
- College degree in business management, administration, or other related subjects; and/or
- Five (5) years of related work experience
- Bilingual preferred, but not a requirement for the job
