Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Admin duties: 

  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports
  • Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
  • Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefit plans
  • Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Operations Admin duties: 

  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
  • Compile, process and prepare documents, forms and reports in accordance with company procedures
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must have proficient computer skills including use of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must have superior time management skills
  • Must be a dynamic, problem solver who is able to multi-task and think critically

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year successful experience in Payroll processing
  • Minimum 1 year successful experience in Administration

Salary compensation range $60,000-$62,000 depending on experience
