Position Summary:
The day porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility during operational hours. This role ensures that common areas are presentable and supports daily operations by addressing immediate cleaning and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
Respond promptly to spills, trash removal, and other cleaning emergencies.
Perform light maintenance tasks, including wiping surfaces, dusting, and sweeping.
Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for events or meetings.
Monitor and report any facility issues, such as broken fixtures or equipment, to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors by addressing concerns or requests professionally.
Job Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

*Requirements*

Must have a valid CA driver license.
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English (able to understand, speak, write, follow directions, and manage workflow in English).
