We are a professional cleaning company looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a a cleaning crew in a warehouse setting.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Good communication and building relationship with the customer and address customer needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supervise and manage a janitorial staff for all shifts, train and develop Shift Leaders and employees
- Recruiting and hiring staff
- Coordinates all Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Cleaning Staff
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory with Management experience required
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must pass criminal background check and MVR check
- Must pass a drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salaried Position and Quarterly Bonus eligibility after 90 days
