Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Manager based in Florida to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with key clients, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth by acting as a strategic point of contact. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing exceptional janitorial services and driving customer retention.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include client relationship management, service delivery and performance, strategic planning, and complex issue resolution. This role often involves leadership of customer-focused projects and mentorship for management teams. Frequent travel in the U.S. and Canada is required.
Other responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, and building strong, lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality services, implement best practices for client onboarding and engagement, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Assess client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to products or services.
- Proactively identify client needs and address complex issues and complaints by collaborating with internal teams, such as payroll, human resources, and sales.
- Develop account strategies, provide expert advice to clients, and identify opportunities for service upgrades, cross-selling, or upselling to drive business growth.
- Provide continuous leadership and mentorship for professional development of managers to reach succession planning goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship management or similar roles within the janitorial, hospitality or services industry.
- Ability to communicate and train in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- The capacity to develop long-term account strategies and provide clients with valuable insights.
- The ability to identify client needs, resolve complex issues, and develop strategic solutions.
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively.
- Experience using MS Office, Outlook and other software systems.
Hiring Requirements
- A willingness to travel domestically and Canada
- Minimum of 6 years of customer relationship management
- Minimum of 5 years of professional cleaning or hospitality experience
- Must have a valid state Driver’s License.
- Must have valid U.S. passport to travel outside the country, when needed.
- Must pass required criminal background checks, drug screen, and MVR check.
