At Clean-Tech, our success has been built upon our ceaseless commitment to identify and appreciate the value that every partner and associate brings. This is more than just a catch phrase for us. It is our pledge. We strive day-in and day-out to anticipate and exceed the needs of our partners. When you walk into one of our buildings, you’ll notice the cleanliness and beauty is only outshone by the courtesy and respect of the friendly associates who genuinely care about the building. When you speak to our team, you can rest assured that we are true partners, tailoring our service and building value by customizing solutions. We do not believe in a one size fits all plan. Our extensively trained associates are empowered to make a positive change.
In the communities where we work and live, Clean-Tech continuously gives of its time and resources for the betterment of our neighbors. Whether it is a can food drive in a time of need, the sponsorship of a local charity event, or simply the extra effort we put forth, we steadfastly stand behind our communities.
What all this says about us is that, when it comes right down to it, we believe we can offer you a partner with the same values; from the moment you walk into one of our facilities, throughout our partnership and beyond. We are inspired by our partners’ satisfaction and driven by our core values.
We value what each of our ladies and gentlemen bring to the facility. The mutual courtesy and respect that thrives at Clean-Tech is what sets us apart from our competitors. We trust associates to do their jobs and make decisions, and allow them the flexibility to work in a way that keeps them inspired and innovative. They are more than a loyal, dedicated workforce; they’re the driving force behind our consistent revenue growth and long standing tenure since the company’s inception in 1963.
