We are seeking an organized and dependable Operations Supervisor to support daily janitorial operations and oversee staff performance across assigned sites. This role is responsible for scheduling, training, attendance monitoring, and quality control, while serving as a key point of contact for employees and customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Schedule, manage, and support janitorial staff across assigned locations
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and report absences as needed
• Assign work duties and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
• Respond to customer questions or service issues and ensure timely resolution
• Attend meetings and required training sessions
• Perform janitorial duties when staffing shortages occur
