Grounds: 

• Mows turf areas using powered mowing equipment.
• Trims walks, curbs and flowerbeds, using with edgers and line trimmers.
• Prunes shrubs and trees with both hand and powered tools.
• Weeds and mulches shrub/flower beds and weeds turf areas.
• Performs the policing of the grounds and trash removal of outside trash receptacles.
• Fertilizes turf and shrubs. Assists with insect and disease control.
• Plants shrubs, trees, and flowers as required.
• Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner.

Maintenance: 

• Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience
• Must have organization skills and effective communication skills with both technical and professional staff
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions on all industrial systems
• Expert knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
• Ability to demonstrate overall safe work behavior, including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
• Must be willing to work any shift
• Must have the flexibility to work a rotating Weekly On-Call schedule
• Must have the flexibility to work mandatory Overtime Rotation as needed
• Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per day):
• Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl
• Reach outward or above the shoulder
• Drive or operate equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds
• Repetitive use of hands and fingers, both hands

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor. 

 We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test  

Pay Rate: $11.00 

Pago: $11.00 

Schedules Available: 

• Week Nights – MONDAY – FRIDAY: 7am-5pm with 2 hour lunch
• Weekends – Upon Request
