The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.
We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test
Pay Rate (Pago): $13.00 Starting Wage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
- Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
- Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
Deberes y Responsabilidades:
- Limpiar los edificios vaciando la basura
- Aspiran, barriendo, trapeando y limpiando las superficies según lo asignado.
- Supervise la seguridad del edificio cerrando las puertas después del horario de funcionamiento y verificando el uso de aparatos eléctricos para garantizar que no se creen peligros.
- Utilice adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza y productos químicos para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
- Utilice soluciones de limpieza aprobadas con el PPE adecuado según sea necesario y debe seguir la SDS.
- Limpie ventanas, mamparas de vidrio y espejos utilizando limpiadores, esponjas y escobillas de goma adecuados.
- Quite el polvo de los muebles y frote la superficie para limpiarlos.
- Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
- Llegue a tiempo al turno programado y complete todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
- Identifique e informe las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén en buen mantenimiento.
- Capacitación cruzada en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el supervisor.
