Refinery Cleaning

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Deberes de limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar la basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas
  • Supervisar la seguridad del edificio realizando tareas como cerrar puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
  • Uso adecuado de soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
  • Usar productos químicos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan información  valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados).
  • Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.
  • Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
  • Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
  • Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
  • Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén bien mantenidos.
  • Entrenar en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el Supervisor.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Duties include cleaning buildings such as: emptying trash, vacuuming floors, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning assigned surfaces.
  • Maintain building safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after business hours and checking appliance use to ensure no hazards are created.
  • Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
  • Use approved cleaning chemicals and the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and comply with SDS (Safety Data Sheets that provide important information for employee health and safety programs).
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and solutions.
  • Dust furniture and scrub areas until they are clean.
  • Clean and service restrooms as often as needed using appropriate mops and disinfectants.
  • Arrive on time for the scheduled shift and complete all work within the assigned time.
  • Identify and report necessary equipment repairs to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Train in other tasks or areas assigned by the Supervisor.
