Job Title: Floor Technician (Full-Time)Pay: $15–$17 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care processes and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods
• Scrub, strip, seal, wax, and spray buff hard surface floors
• Operate high- and low-speed buffers (up to 24”) and propane burnishers (up to 3000 RPM)
• Maintain and properly use floor care equipment, including buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Ensure all work meets quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Floor Technician
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Strong work ethic with a reliable employment history
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow direction
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
