Floor Tech

The responsibility of a Floor Tech is to maintain all floors to include stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing tile floors, and carpet care. Equipment knowledge is a plus.

Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Strip and wax floors during evening hours
• Carpet spot treatment
• Carpet Shampooing
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS. 
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time. 
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
