We are a professional cleaning company looking for a Route Manager to manage several accounts in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities include supervising multiple projects and employees while providing a high level of customer service to our customers as assigned
- Responsible for managing multiple accounts assigned in order to fulfill quality control, safety, corporate goals and maximize profits while adhering to the company mission and vision.
- Communicate with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues quickly.
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring of employees to ensure projects are fully staffed.
- Maintain customer relations and meet customer retention goals
Other Requirements:
- Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have clear MVR for past 3 years (no speeding tickets or at fault accidents)
- Must have knowledge of the janitorial business and all equipment used or willing to learn the business
- Must be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.
Qualifications:
- Must project a professional image and maintain a cooperative and helpful attitude at all times as individual will have frequent interaction with customers.
- Due to the nature of our business the individual must be flexible and willing to work extra time and/or weekends, in various locations and perform additional duties not normally assigned to them.
- This position requires the majority of the individual’s time to be spent supervising, training, and improving the operations of assigned accounts.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Janitorial
